Our sense of sight tends to be both over-emphasised and intensely focused in modern-day life. This is linked to increased levels of stress.
This module’s activities open our eyes to new enchanting ways of seeing our world. Past students say they’ve become more aware of the beauty in their daily lives.

Connecting with Nature
Starts: 9th Feb 2026
This module guides you to explore your neighbourhood through the lens of connection. The activities help us notice how everything in our natural surroundings is related, and to feel our place within that.
Students say they feel a renewed sense of love, respect, and belonging with the natural world.

Hearing Nature Afresh
Starts: 23rd March 2026
The weekly listening activities in this module help open our ears and minds by noticing the natural sounds around us in fresh and intriguing ways.
Many students are astonished by what they discover in their everyday life, as if they’ve just put on a pair of ‘nature headphones’.

Presence in Nature
Starts: 4th May 2026
The weekly activities in this module explore interoception - the inner physical senses. Developing this awareness, is closely linked to improved mental health, and better relationships.

The weekly activities in this module engage our brain’s curiosity and reclaim our sensitivity to touch, through fun and playful activities.
